Two appointed to the Executive Board

We are pleased to announce two appointments to the Executive Board.

Former player Jon Pettifer has been appointed to the Executive Board. Jon brings with him a track record of success in business and a footballing background which includes a very popular spell with the Stones from 1992-1994. Jon runs a successful property consultancy and has extensive international business experience.

Jon said: “I’m looking forward to the challenge ahead and supporting Bobby to achieve success on the pitch, we have had a good pre-season, the squad is in good shape and I’m enthusiastic about the new campaign. I’m also looking forward to working with the wider Wealdstone family across all facets of the club, it’s an honour to be here and a privilege to be back in this capacity”

Also appointed to the Executive Board is David Hawkins. David is a successful property developer/investor and lives in Denham; he spent much of his formative years in Harrow being a regular attendee at Lower Mead.

Chairman Peter Marsden said:  “David had been a friend and business colleague of mine for over 30 years. He is a wise old bird and says it ‘as it is’. We welcome Jon and David to Wealdstone”
