Preview – Braintree Town – 10 Mar – KO 15:00

We travel to the Amlin Stadium, the home of Braintree Town for our latest Vanarama National League South game this Saturday (10 Mar), kick-off 15:00.

Our hosts are presently sitting in 7th place on 49 points from 32 games played having won 13, drawn 10 and  lost 9 scoring 55 and conceding 44 goals. On their  last league outing they beat Poole Town 1-0 at home. When we met at the beginning of December at The Vale Stones ran out 3-1  winners on day in front of a crowd of 861.

With twelve league games to play the Stones Management team and squad will be looking to ‘put points on the board’ from this game and the Monday night fixture at Havant & Waterlooville as we look to move up the table and  nearer to the play-off positions. As ever get behind the lads, offer encouragement and support throughout in what is likely to be a close and hard fought game  on Saturday.

Match Day Admission: £14 Adults, £10 Concessions and  £5 U18s

There are still some spaces on the Supporters Club Coach that leaves The Vale at 10:30 (stopping in Braintree for lunch and returning immediately after the game). Flat fare of £20 with a £2 surcharge for Non SC Member.
