Weston-super-Mare – 5 Sep -KO19:45

We travel to the Woodspring Stadium, the home of Weston-super-Mare tomorrow (Tue 5 Sep) for our latest Vanarama National League South game kick-off 19:45

Our hosts under new manager Marc McGregor are experiencing a stuttering start to the season with just 5 points gained from their first eight games played with a single win (2-1 versus Gloucester City ), 2 draws (1-1 versus Bognor Regis and 2-2 Chippenham Town) and five defeats( 1-2 versus Poole Town, 0-2 Hungerford Town, 1-3 St. Albans City, 1-2 Truro City and 1-4 Havant & Waterlooville (at home on Saturday)) and with nine goals scored and 17 conceded.

The new management team  have made extensive changes to the squad for this season with the emphasis on youth with the likes of keeper Luke Purnell and midfield dynamo Dayle Grubb (in their  mid twenties) now being the senior players in the ‘Seagulls’ squad.

The Stones management team and squad will be looking to build on the performance at East Thurrock on Saturday, the squad is likely to be boosted by the signing of Stephane Ngamvoulou who joins us from Hungerford Town.

As ever, get behind the lads from the off and offer support and encouragement throughout the 90+ minutes as we go in search of the points on offer.

Match Admission: £12 – Adults, £8 – Concession (60+, Student, Armed Forces, NHS with ID), £3 – U16s – £20.  Family Ticket 2x Adult + 2 U16s
