Preview – Oxford City – The Vale – Sat 11 Feb

We welcome Oxford City to The Vale this coming  Saturday (11 Feb) for our latest Vanarama National League South game kick-off  15:00.

Our visitors are just one point below us in 14th place having won 9, drawn 4 and lost 14 scoring 35 and conceding 52 goals. On their last league outing they suffered a 0-4 defeat away at Welling Utd. When the two sides met earlier in the season back in mid August Stones came  out on top  3-0  with  goals from Danny Green, Omar Koroma and  Elliot Benyon.

The Stones management team and squad will be ready for another hard fought encounter as they look to put behind them the defeat by Brackley Town in the Buildbase FA Trophy last Saturday.

Get behind the lads from the off, make plenty of noise for the 90+ minutes as we go in search of the points on offer.

Thank you to Ray Corner & Pete Carter  for sponsoring the game, plus Alan Couch  and  Victor & James Klarfeld for the respective match ball donation(s).
