Player News – Glen Wilson Signs On

The paperwork has finally been concluded in the signing of Glen Wilson from Grays Athletic.  

Glen has a wealth of experience as a strong and commanding figure in defence having played for the likes of Crawley Town (2007-12 – 150 appearances), Salisbury City (2013-14 – 58 appearances), Aldershot Town (2014/15 – 42 appearances),  Margate (2015-16 41 appearances) and Greenwich Boro (2016-17  – 50 appearances).  

Manager Bobby Wilkinson said  ‘ I have known Glenn for some time and he is an experienced and very strong defender who will be a big asset to the squad’

Glen is cup-tied and therefore not available for selection for the forthcoming game at Burgess Hill Town next Saturday, he will though be available for our VNLS fixture on the 7 Oct when we entertain Whitehawk at The Vale.
