Match Preview – Stevenage Boro @ The Vale Sat 11 Jul

We welcome League two side Stevenage Boro  to The Vale this coming Saturday (11 Jul) for our first home pre-season friendly kick-off 3:00pm. The game is part of the deal that saw former Stones favourites Tom Pett & Jerome Okimo move to Broad Hall Way following our successful Ryman Premier League (13/14) Championship winning season.

The game also has an added attraction as a certain Mr E Sheringham makes his managerial debut for the visitors having taken up his first appointment on leaving the coaching staff at West Ham Utd. We hope Teddy has a successful and rewarding career in management to go with what can be described as a fantastic playing career, and that it starts after 17:00 next Saturday!!!

Admission to this game is £10 Adults, £6 Concession and £1 for Under 16’s – pre-season match day programme is just a £1. Club House and Tea Bar (in the ground will be open)
