SOTR – Weston-super-Mare – Sat 4th Oct

Stones make the trip down to North Somerset this Saturday to Weston-Super-Mare for their latest Vanarama Conference South fixture kick-off 3.00pm. After their exit from the FA Cup on Tuesday night at the hands of fellow Conference South side Concord Rangers it will be interesting to see how the Stones react  and the  squad  selected for what is likely to be another testing 90 minutes. 

Since our last trip to the South West the Seagulls have moved ground (their old place is now a nice new housing development), their new home  is on what was the former Westland Sports & Social Cluband  is approx 750 yards further away on the edge of the Weston Industrial Estate on Winterstoke Road (off the dual carriage-way to your left at the ASDA roundabout). A brisk 25 minute walk from the station or less than 10 minutes in a Taxi (the same if you were leaving from the Town centre).

Enjoy the trip, I will probably walk via Sand Bay & Weston Woods and then along the seafront late morning…….
