Stones travel to The PHB Stadium home of Ebbsfleet United for a Vanarama South Bank Holiday fixture tomorrow (Mon 25th Aug) kick-off 3.00pm. Stones suffered their first set-back of the season when visitors Farnborough went home with all 3 points winning 2-1 courtesy of 2 first half goals from midfielder Matt Bell with Scott McGleish notching Stones solitary goal in added time at the end.  Our hosts on Bank Holiday Monday also suffered a reverse on Saturday going down 1-0 at Sussex side Whitehawk.

Gordon Bartlett was quite candid in his comments with Rob Brennon of the Brent & Kilburn Times after yesterday’s game, it will be interesting to see how the Stones management & players respond on Bank Holiday Monday.
